Note that constexpr char kLandmarksStream[] = "hand_landmarks"; now needs to be constexpr char kLandmarksStream[] = "landmarks"; as the Graph mediapipe/graphs/hand_tracking/hand_tracking_desktop_live.pbtxt has changed.
