Using unicorn with a RVM-based Ruby installation can be a little bit tricky. Here's a init.d script that worked for me.
#!/bin/bash

# Required-Start: $all
# Required-Stop: $network $local_fs $syslog
# Default-Start: 2 3 4 5
# Default-Stop: 0 1 6
# Short-Description: Start the APPLICATION unicorns at boot
# Description: Enable tuvocabulario.com at boot time.
