"If, according to law, the services provided by us to you pursuant to this Agreement are at any time found to be exempt from VAT, then we will credit the VAT charged to you and collected by us. In addition, in such event, the membership fee charged to you will be retroactively increased by an amount equal to the VAT amount that is to be credited to you. Such credits and accompanying membership fee increase will offset each other and the total amount paid to us by you will remain the same."
