Hello Oleg,

I recently have tested 3.0.7 and invitation dialog haven't pop-up
I tried to search in archive http://openmeetings.markmail.org/ and found
none similar issues

can you share you client debug log?
1) stop OM
2) edit webapps/openmeetings/WEB-INF/web.xml change DEPLOYMENT to be
DEVELOPMENT
3) run OM
