Bloomer NavLink vs. others

{* This is the styling that I want *}
<NavbarItem href={'/todos'}>Todos</NavbarItem>

{* But clicking on that causes a full page reload. 
Why? Because Bloomer generates an <a href=""> in the DOM, and 
react-router 4 has an issue with href's.

I could intercept the click and do my own navigation:

<NavbarItem onClick={() => history.push('/todos')}>
  
{* But this messes up styling. Onhover doesn't highlight 
 the menu item, the label is displayed in the color of a link, etc. *}
