T-Mobile paperless billing help
I was reading "Paperless Billing":

Under "Sign up for Paperless Billing", it says:
To sign up for Paperless Billing, perform the following steps:
Log in to My T-Mobile.
On My T-Mobile, hover over Manage and then select Your Profile.
Under Bill Delivery Options, click the Switch to paperless billing link to begin the registration process.
However, I don't see "Bill Delivery Options" anywhere on my profile page.
The page also states "Paperless Billing is not available to certain types of accounts such as T-Mobile Monthly4G (prepaid) and certain Business, Government and Special account types." However, this list of account types does not specify which types of business accounts can and cannot use paperless billing.
Further, on the Small Business support page, it explicitly mentions paperless billing:

With paperless billing, T-Mobile customers can receive their billing information online rather than in a printed, paper format.
I've tried calling T-Mobile (611) and chat support, but I can't get a straight answer out of anyone. This is ridiculous — please fix this. I don't want paper bills, and I don't want CDs, either.
