  • Warmup - 5 min

  • Arm Across each side

  • Toe Touches
  • Hamstring stretches
  • Get the sillies out
  • Dribble Drill.
  • Up and Down the way right handed
  • Left handed
  • Crossing (Back and forth)
  • Stopping
  • Running
  • Running Stopping
  • RACE!
  • Passing Drill(s)
  • Rows, pass back and forth.
  • Chest Pass
  • Bounce Pass
  • Step around pass
  • Get Open Game
  • Pair everybody up. Start with somebody with the ball. They are not allowed to move. They try to pass around to another guy.
  • Whomever catches the ball throws the next pass.
  • Count down if they don't pass quickly
  • Shooting Drill
  • “perfects” - form three lines Person on left shoots. When they make it they get the rebound and pass to person in the middle, who shoots. Then they get the rebound and pass to the next kid, and get in their line.
  • Goal: Swishes
  • Once everybody shoots from every spot, go for speed.
  • Practice Offense. They help you.
