What are the Rules for dating in the work place? Flirting?

What are the clear red lines?

Where does the line between work life and social life stop and start?

What mindset causes dating and flirting to be the first thing to come to mind when many men think about women in the workplace?

What can man do to professionalize their perception of women, and keep sexual obsession out of their work relationships?

Given that in the short term we are clearly bound by the existing educated talent pool in STEM, other than promoting STEM education parity going forward, how do we stop gap a solution?

Why do even prominent investors remain unaware of the well-established fact of talent loss in industry due to bias?

Given that retention of women in the STEM workforce is lower than men after 5, 10, 15 years in the field, what can we do to take responsibility for our part of the pipeline? What can each of us do tend our own garden instead of passing the buck?

Should investors invest in ideas that they believe to have less merit so as to create equality across a portfolio?

Are investor perceptions of merit colored by implicit bias? Do we have any objective information on this? (Hint: self-reporting doesn’t count.)

Is bias causing investors to miss good investments, and if so, how might we quantify the opportunity cost of investor bias

What techniques have a track record of reducing investor bias?
