Hi,
I have the same mijia 360 camera. I found 2 pin labelled uart_tx and uart_rx on the back of the PCB. I solvered wires and another one for the GND but I don't see any signal on the pins. (serial/usb converter ouput nothing so does the logic analyser. only few signal change at startup)
Do you mind detailing how you managed to get this boot info ?
