プレイ動画についても削除の申請を出しません。

フルコーラス版は著作権違反として、ダウンロードを含め公開を禁止しています。
Youtubeやニコニコ動画に配信されている場合でも、削除の申請を出しています。

先日、フルコーラス版のOSU!を使用したプレイ動画がYoutubeに公開されていた為
著作権違反として「著作権の侵害に関する通知」より削除申請をした所、アップロードした
ユーザーから削除は違憲だとクレームが来ました。

フルコーラス版の削除申請は、CDを購入頂いたお客さまに対しての権利を守る事でもあります。

オーガストの作品は日本国内のみの販売をしております。
海外の方への興味を持って頂く事は大変光栄な事ではありますが、法的な問題もあり
オーガストでは正式な手続きを持った会社との提携以外、海外での販売をしておりません。
