TWRP is hard to install

Here's the device info

Tablet = Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019)
Model # = SM-T290
OS = Android 11
Build # = RP1A.200720.012.T290XXU3CUK4

Install Odin, ADB, Fastboot, and Samsung ADB Drivers, 7zip

choco install adb

Get the samsung adb device drivers.

Download Odin.

Note that having upgraded your OS to the latest is a bad idea if you want to root

The XDA people generally figure out the older versions first.

T290XXU3BUC1 has some info on it from Talich52, but not the latest.
