Do you know if there is there are any instructions on how to connect to this from any standard mysql client (one which does not create the http tunnel by itself)?
I suppose there should be some piece of software which creates the tunnel from i.e. localhost port 3306 (or whatever) to the remote PHP-mysql server where your script is put.
