answer: Depends on the product and when the due date is. Nick works with 9 other full time workers and they like to chunk out features by person.
Environment: what questions do you have about the overall environment and culture of this workplace?
- Is the environment professional or do the employers try to make it a fun space where coworkers can bond.
answer: Nick had stated that his current employer tries their hardest to make things fun and enjoyable but they make sure to be professional when with a client.
Interactions: what questions do you have about the team at this company? What do you hope to learn during this experience?
- What work style would your team descibe themselves as? Would you say the pace is high intensity or more laid back?
answers: Back and forth, the way they look at stories and the points assigned to they are 6 hours each point.

- Do frontend developers at your job have space to have creative influence or is it more of a "heres the exact template you need to create"?
answer: when nick said that he works to stear clear from css but his employer typically gives him constraints and he gets to be creative within them.

- One major take away would be to keep my keypoints in mind while looking for a job in the coming months

- Im not sure I do that one of them said they were approached by their now employer which I found interesting

- Nick had stated that they have 2 week long sprints where he is given a task and allowed to make his schedule accordingly.

- I noticed that nick said his company is professional when he needs to be "dressed up" for customer meetings and when hes with his coworkers its very casual.

I learned that nick really doesnt enjoy CSS and works to avoid it

Nick stated that he tries to take a very professional when it comes to the client and deliver what they are asking for in an appropriate manner.

What are your main takeaways from the shadow? How will you use this information to help you with your job search strategy?

The key points below
- do not apply to places only looking for junior devs, you wont have anyone more skilled to lean on like senior devs
- avoid startups, they will tend to need alot of things created from the ground up and they go down often.
- In an interview ask how often people go home at 5pm this shows how well they have their stuff together.
- ask how they are going to help me grow as a junior developer.
- embrace background prior to turing(artist, manager, hard worker) also turing is a long bootcamp that it fast passed and high demand.
- highlight challenges on our projects and how you would make it better if you were to do it again
