+ <p>Mediante esta garantía Librerías Gandhi garantiza el lector electrónico Kobo contra defectos en los materiales y de mano de obra, bajo un uso normal, durante un periodo de 6 meses, desde el momento de su compra inicial.<br>Si durante este periodo el lector electrónico Kobo presenta algún defecto Librerías Gandhi procederá según la opción que elija y siempre dentro del marco establecido por la Ley, o bien:<br></p>

+ <li>A sustituir el lector Kobo por otro nuevo o restaurado, con características equivalentes al lector electrónico Kobo que deba sustituirse</li>
+ <li>A devolver íntegramente el lector electrónico Kobo a su propietario</li>

+ <p>Para los fines de esta garantía se entenderá por “restaurado”, cualquier lector electrónico que, a consideración de LIBRERÌAS GANDHI, haya sido restablecido a sus características originales.</p><br>

+ <li>Para hacer efectiva esta garantía, deberá presentarse esta póliza debidamente sellada por el establecimiento que lo vendió, factura, recibo, o comprobante en el que consten los datos específicos del producto objeto de la compraventa junto con el producto, en el establecimiento en que fue adquirido o en el nombre y domicilio del importador que aparece en este documento.</li><br>

<h4>Toepasselijk recht en forumkeuze</h4>
<p>Als u in België woont, zijn deze commerciële garantie en eventuele geschillen tussen u en Kobo met betrekking tot deze commerciële garantie onderworpen aan en worden deze geïnterpreteerd overeenkomstig het Belgisch recht (ongeacht de beginselen inzake strijdige wetten). Het forum of de exclusieve rechtsbevoegdheid aangaande geschillen voortvloeiend uit of met betrekking tot deze commerciële garantie zal een bevoegde Belgische rechtbank zijn. Het verdrag der Verenigde Naties inzake internationale koopovereenkomsten betreffende roerende zaken wordt hierbij volledig uitgesloten van toepasselijkheid op deze commerciële garantie.</p>

Můžete mít také jiná práva podle zákonů na ochranu spotřebitele platné v jurisdikci vašeho nákupu nebo, pokud se odlišují, bydliště, a tato práva se mohou lišit od jurisdikce k jurisdikci. Pokud se na vaše zařízení vztahuje omezená záruka, na území Kanady vám společnost Kobo zašle náhradní nebo opravené zařízení na své náklady a prostřednictvím vybraného přepravce. Jakékoli poplatky za mezinárodní poštovné, cla nebo jiné související náklady jdou na váš vrub. Pokud společnost Kobo po přezkoumání zjistí, že se na vaše zařízení nevztahuje tato omezená záruka, potom společnost Kobo: (i) vám vrátí vaše zařízení na vaše náklady, nebo (ii) pokud vám bylo poskytnuto náhradní zařízení předem, naúčtuje vám na platební kartu maloobchodní kupní cenu za takovou náhradu plus příslušné náklady na poštovné a balné. Any international shipping charges, duties or other associated costs will be at your expense.
