PG Admin 4.28 x64 Windows installer did not work for me.
I'm running latest version of Windows 10.
The installer installed fine, but when PG Admin runs it is stuck in "Loading" in the browser
x86 version did not work either.
4.27 version did not run.
4.26 x64 version worked.
