Definitions

  • the Developer: Francesco Poldi alias "pielco11" on GitHub
  • the Software: any script, piece of code, software
  • the User: any other individual using any Software made by the Developer
  • the Document: this document in any of its part

Introduction

This document provides a description of the privacy policy which the User agrees with anytime uses a Software made by the Developer.

Agreements

The User agrees with the following:

  • any phase involving the acquiring, processing and storing of any information, including personal data as identified in the General Data Processing Agreement, is under the sole responsibility of the User
  • the Developer cannot be accounted for any misbehavior of any User at any time
  • the User is the sole responsible for the data processing and storing
  • the User agrees that the Developer under no obligation has to provide means to comply with the Document
  • this Document may change in any of its parts at any time without any prior notice by the Developer
