- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 tbs. Vegetable Oil
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Basil
- 1 tsp. Black Soy Sauce
- 2 tbs. Soy Sauce
- 4 tbs. Oyster Sauce
- 1-4 Fresh Chili Peppers
- Jasmine Rice
- Cook Rice
- Chop Garlic
- Slice an onion
- Chop up chilis
- Cut chicken into 1/4" slices
- Turn on stove to medium
- Heat up 2 tbs. cooking oil
- Add 2 cloves garlic
- Once garlic is done, add the sliced chicken
- Add 4 tbs. Oyster sauce
- Add 2 tbs. Soy sauce
- Add 1 tsp. Black soy sauce
- Add onion
- Stir it all together
- Add 1/3 Cup water
- Add chilis
- Add 1/2 Cup basil
- Stir until done
Serve over rice and garnish with fresh basil
