Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients:

• 2 Chicken Breasts
• 1/2 Onion
• 2 tbs. Vegetable Oil
• 1/3 Cup Water
• 2 Cloves Garlic
• 1/2 Cup Basil
• 1 tsp. Black Soy Sauce
• 2 tbs. Soy Sauce
• 4 tbs. Oyster Sauce
• 1-4 Fresh Chili Peppers
• Jasmine Rice

Instructions:

1. Cook Rice
2. Chop Garlic
3. Slice an onion
4. Chop up chilis
5. Cut chicken into 1/4" slices
6. Turn on stove to medium
7. Heat up 2 tbs. cooking oil
8. Add 2 cloves garlic
9. Once garlic is done, add the sliced chicken
10. Add 4 tbs. Oyster sauce
11. Add 2 tbs. Soy sauce
12. Add 1 tsp. Black soy sauce
13. Add onion
14. Stir it all together
15. Add 1/3 Cup water
16. Add chilis
17. Add 1/2 Cup basil
18. Stir until done

Serve over rice and garnish with fresh basil
