Recently signed into law, the Pallone-Thune Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence Act, or more conveniently, the TRACED Act, brings some well-received updates to robocall enforcement under the jurisdiction of the North American Numbering Plan (NANP.)
There's quite a bit included, but instead of going through and summarizing the bill itself, I'd like to explain a few things that I believe call centers and answering services may consider doing to prepare.
