A Vivo vem me cobrando à meses adicional por megabytes utilizados além dos 500mb contratados por navegação e eu não havia percebido. Seguem os valores:
dezembro 449,04mb R$31,29
novembro 374,56mb R$25,96
outubro 443mb R$30,87
setembro 295,04mb R$20,50
julho 22,64mb R$1,45
Quando contratei o serviço e também no site deles está claro que isso não é correto. Copiando do site deles:
“Descrição do serviço: No Vivo Internet Brasil 500MB, você navega com velocidade máxima de 1 Mbps. Após atingir a franquia contratada, você continua conectado, porém com velocidade máxima de 128Kbps e sem pagar excedente. Ao atingir a franquia se quiser manter a velocidade, você pode pagar por MB adicional trafegado até o final da sua fatura.”
