My name is Paul Morie.  I am writing on behalf of my wife, who is a FAA paid member.

The new image upload wizard appears to be functioning incorrectly.  The priors:

- Windows 7 on Intel Core i7
- Chrome
- Firefox

When we upload a new image, the following behavior occurs:

1.  Windows task manager shows activity on the network interface we expect it to (wireless in this case)
2.  **Browser** status bar shows upload in progress
3.  FAA site file progress upload widget stays pegged at 0%
4.  When the upload completes, the next step of the upload wizard is not displayed; instead, the upload wizard returns to the first screen, with the file picker.

This started on saturday, 4/11, in the middle of the afternoon in GMT-5 timezone (if memory serves; I do not have an exact note).  Did you have a release in progress near that time?
