1. Put your vehicle into the accessories mode.

- or -
2b. Hold down the voice command and phone button on steering wheel for 30 seconds.

Alternative, electrical solution:
Pull fuse F76 using the white pull tool stowed inside the fuse box. Wait a second, then put fuse back in.

Thanks for sharing this info. The screen in my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid stopped responding to touches, and I couldn't reset it using the volume and browse knobs. So, I pulled fuse F76 for a few seconds. Then I turned the car back on and the touch screen worked, but the climate control was all messed up (rear controls were disabled, AC was blowing hot air instead of cold, etc.). I then used the second set of reset instructions (using the steering wheel buttons), and that fixed the climate control.

Can verify this worked on our 2018 Pacifica Hybrid. First we pulled the fuse, which appeared to reset the Uconnect system to a basic factory confit (no media player, no 360 view, no rear climate control, etc). We then pressed the green phone and voice control buttons on the steering wheel for 30 seconds (in accessory mode), turned off the car, opened the door for 30 seconds and everything was almost back on to normal/full function. I say almost because the entire purpose of this reset was to restore our in-car entertainment (we could no longer access the system for controlling the screens/playing discs) and that function is still not working.
