No matter who you are, you deserve to work in an environment that is supportive.
You deserve to feel loved and appreciated.
You deserve to be valued.
You deserve to feel safe.
You deserve to feel free.
You deserve the same rights and opportunities as everyone else.
You deserve the chance to shine.
And most importantly, you deserve to be heard when something goes wrong.
