I put a lot of things in I just found in the freezer, so it's not really possible to give you correct data about quantities and stuff.
- red lentils
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 Avocado
- generous amount of fresh cilantro
- smoked tofu
- sesame seeds
- a cauliflower (duh)
- good olive oil
- salt, pepper
- cayenne pepper
- cumin
- a bit cinnamon
- tahini (2-3 tablespoons)
- juice of one big citrus fruit
- marple sirup
- garlic
- pepper
- salt
- bit of water
- Toss cauliflower (florets!), oil and all spices on baking tray, mix it, put it in oven (I did around 200 grad celsius) until the cauliflower turnes brown (it's ok if it gets dark brown around the edges). Let it cool for a bit before putting it to the rest.
- Cut tofu to nice little cubes, put then in a slightly hot pan with some oil, ad seame seeds and roast it for a bit.
- Cook lentils, slice vegetables, put it all together in a bowl.
- Mix all ingredients for the dressing.
- Join everything.
