Command + Option + Up/Down Arrow
Jump up/down systems

Option + Shift + Left/Right Arrow
Adjust spacing of note

Tab / Tab + Shift
Tab through objects in current staff … use to toggle Dynamic markings

Shift + Left/Right Arrow to select, then Option + Shift + Up/Down Arrow
Adjust verticle height of system

Filter out all dynamics and expressions (lines) in selection
