今天是我們LibreOffice Writer的小技巧時間！LibreOffice Writer是LibreOffice中的一個功能強大的文字處理軟體，提供了豐富的功能和工具，讓使用者能夠創建和編輯各種文件，包括信件、報告、手冊、和其他文書類型。

要製作報告的話，表格必然是不可或缺的重要元素。

但是在LibreOffice Writer上編輯表格，其實有很多人不為人知的小技巧喔。

# 表格跟註 / Table and note。

先讓我們來看看論文寫作常用的APA格式中對於表格與註解的敘述。

在上圖的例子中，表格包含了橫線內的數字，表示重要的資料；而底下以「Note.」開頭的文字就是註解，用來說明表格的目的或是資料來源。

但我們在編輯文件的時候，時常遭遇到表格在上面一頁，而註卻被擠到下面一頁的狀況。

有些人可能會認為只要加上很多「Enter」換行，甚至用「Ctrl + Enter」換頁就好了。

但這些都不是很好的做法。

很久以前我提出了把圖片跟標號放在表格裡面，然後用表格裡取消打勾「允許列超越分隔線」的做法，讓圖片與標號保持同一頁。

但實際上這個做法並不理想，因為包含在表格內的圖片標號，會讓圖表目錄取到錯誤的資料。

儘管我們這次要處理的問題是表格跟註，不需要考慮標號的問題，但我們還是有更好的方法可以解決表格與註不同頁的問題。

# 讓表格與註保持在同一頁 / Keep tables and notes on the same page。

首先我們先將輸入游標放在表格右下角最後一格，然後按滑鼠右鍵。

開啟「Table Properties...」(表格屬性)。
