Task
1.	 (why doesn’t it let you update logo from back end, and it only changes in member’s area?)– it will be dynamic – plz fix it

2.	      About Us  page needs a left sidebar
a.	       “Schedule a free consultation” with “Take a Tour” directly underneath.- so these two are going to be placed on the left sidebar.

3.	 Text needs to pop more (maybe titles can be bold, and different color

4.	Services page should not be clickable, only drop down menu.
a.	      Same with Resources page (not clickable)

5.	      In all service pages,  “schedule a free consultation” sidebar should be same as homepage

6.	      Need a small icon image for all service pages – Please suggest and use internet images for now, we will buy if they are good.

7.	      Under Resources page, under Free Consultation  tab, add “schedule a free consultation” on the left sidebar

8.	      Under Resources page, under Tour tab, we need little icon images and color to help make the text look less boring, and replace arrows  - Please suggest and use internet images for now, we will buy if they are good.

9.	  Place a sign up link at the end of the Tour page, after all the text

10.	  		
a.	Under Resources, under FAQ, add left sidebar “Schedule a Free Consultation” and “Take a Tour” directly underneath. Also, try to find a nice icon image for FAQ title (maybe a ?) - Please suggest and use internet images for now, we will buy if they are good.

b.	Do the same thing for “Security tab”

11.	Delete “Fees” tab and “Agreements” tab and “Affiliates” tab under Resources

14.	Privacy Policy link at the footer needs to have its own page (check file for text)– use some internet text for now, we will provide later

	I can create its own page, but i don’t know how to draw sitemap tree :(

16.	Add a “Contact Us” sidebar on the right side of the “work with us” page at the footer, and have an option to attach a file (in case people want to attach resumes)

17.	 “Affiliate Program” link at the footer is not properly linked to its own page. Check file for text. Also, change name of link to “Partnership Program”- use some internet text for now, we will provide later

18.	Login link at the top right corner of the header, we would like a nice picture to the right of the login box; possibly a lock. Also, please move the “request my password” to the right of the login and remove the bar that it is currently sitting on- Please suggest and use internet images for now, we will buy if they are good.

Functions
1.	Member’s Area (check file for image for clarification and sample is accountantsworld.com  go to cybercabinet link)
a.	Currently has pages for “File System”, “My Account”, but needs a “Payroll” page as well
b.	Payroll page needs an iFrame, which will be linked to managepayroll.com
	Ok, I think I can do this, but need a little search for iframe to managepayroll.com. About 3-4 hours for it.

2.	 3 types of users in member’s area: 
i.	      super admin (only owner, unlimited access)
ii.	employees of the company (limited power, only access to clients that they have been allowed to access; they will have unlimited access to specified client files)

iii.      Clients (they only have access to their own account, and can only upload, download, and delete their own personal files in their account
		Ok. 1hour.

3.	With each new client account, there should be standardized folders.
	About 2-3 hours. Need detail estimate later, with filedepot module.

4.	We need a back-up system, that keeps all files in case it is ever accidentally deleted (version history like dropbox) 
	About 2-3 hours. Need detail estimate later, use git and drush to backup system.

5.	Folders need permission options set by super admin, to be able to make folders viewable only, or standard, or not erasable, etc
	About 1-2 hours. Need detail estimate later, with filedepot module.
 
Side Notes:
1.      Do not change back-end system, we will need it in the future to make changes based off of the manual of the template we are using

2.     One more thing we need to install is payment system with authorize.net.
