Welcome to the guild! We are all about helping each other and the guild become more powerful, including helping out more junior players.
As such, we have a couple of rules:
1) Raid participation is mandatory - even if you don't do much damage, you still get rewards for participating, so it's a no brainer.
2) Every third Rancor raid is dedicated to players who have not made top 10 in the other two raids.  If you've made top 10, then back off and let others have a chance.
3) If you are unable to login for 20 days, please let us know.  Anyone who has not logged in for 20 days will be kicked if we're note given notice.
