  • Is it correct in your Newton Raphson formula? Newton Raphson formula should be a negative after xn.
  • Could you please explain details how you find kn?

@saima1704 You are correct! I will correct. If I recall correctly, I used my college simulation book "Simulation Modeling and Analysis" by Averill Law. It is very old. I don't have PDF - just physical copy. Here is my email address: pybokeh@protonmail.com. I can send you pic of the book and the page that has the equations, including equation for initial kn value to use for N-R method.

@saima1704 I sent you email, but just in case others want access to PDF version that I found just through googling: https://industri.fatek.unpatti.ac.id/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/108-Simulation-Modeling-and-Analysis-Averill-M.-Law-Edisi-5-2014.pdf see page 290 thru 292 for the relevant MLE equations.
