This is a personal application used by a single individual to sync their own WHOOP data to their own private storage (local SQLite database and a private Google Sheet they own).
- Data collected: WHOOP recovery, sleep, workout, and cycle data for the authenticated user only.
- Data sharing: None. Data is never transmitted to third parties beyond the user's own Google account (Sheets API).
