Describe my work

• Created the backend (apis) for gene annotation visualization

Commits/Tasks done

• Created Gene, Cell, Drug, Disease and Pathway module along with database and dummy data.

• Added queries, mutations and subscriptions for Gene, Cell, Drug, Disease and Pathway.

• Added relation mapping Cell, Drug, Disease and Pathway .

• Cell relation categorised under Tissue, added appropriate table and relation mappings . (ref)

• Miscellaneous documentation added.

ToDo

• Documentation for producing complete database with all the gene and its related data.
