You will be joining Kestrl Data team, a small collaborative team of
- a data engineer,
- a data scientist,
- an ML engineer, and
- a data analyst,
led by Dr Mus'ab Shaharom. You will work along with the team to improve, optimise and innovate ML solutions for challenging business problems.

- Improve our current machine learning models
- Work with large text data and develop new predictive models
- Work with multiple teams and external stakeholders
- Own, manage and deploy batch/online machine learning system in production
- At least 2 years of experience in data science or related roles. Can include internship or side-projects.
- Have experience with Machine learning development tools & frameworks (Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, Tensorflow)
- Familiar with NLP model development
- Have experience working with any cloud technology (ideally AWS)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Essential dev-ops skills (we use docker, microservices)
- Familiar with Transformer architecture and LLMs is a bonus
- Showcase of previous works
- Improve our current data analytics platform
- Analyse and pre-process large data sets and generate reports
- Scrape data from multiple sources and maintain data freshness
- Work with multiple teams and external stakeholders
- At least 1 year of experience in data or software engineering roles. Can include internship or side-projects.
- Have experience with data analysis, visualisations, scraping tools and libraries.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Have experience working with data ETL/ELT process
- Have experience maintaining or deploying production grade code
- Have experience working with any cloud technology
