Click “File” then “Account” in the top right corner. Under “Product Information,” click “Activate Product.” Enter the 25-digit product key. Click “Activate,” and wait for it to finish.

Hi, I followed the instructions, downloaded from the source file but at the time of activation I am getting this error message "this product key is for the volume licensed version MS pro plus 2019, which is not currently installed. Contact administrator" I also checked in control panel > programs there it shows 2019 version only. Can you point out what might be wrong?
