wtf virtualenv2 on arch linux

arch linux 에서 virtualenv2 로 환경 생성하다 에러나는 경우는,
pip에서 ssl connection을 못 하는 것이 원인이므로
pacman -S openssl 해주면 된다.
pip2 깔고 뭐 할려고 했을때도 같은 증상 보이면 같은 해법 적용.
