- To post there in any given community, you must have the associated game open in the background.
- It's mandatory to include a screenshot
of the top screen, if and only if the game wasn't banned from screenshot sharing (Youtube, Pokemon main series, ...) - The screen (top or bottom) is not selected from the "text and emotion" screen anymore, but from the Miiverse home page ("post to diary or to album?")
- Text (+
topscreen image) posts only.
- Handwritten posts, with or without a screenshot.
- Unlike original plans, they're not sorted by "popularity" by default, but you can do that by accessing the yellow section's page (View More Posts) and clicking the dropdown arrow in the yellow heading (a bit like you removed the "players only" filter or sorted by tag in Classic Miiverse)
- Text posts only.
- You can close your posts at will. Actually, you'll be forced to do that (see bugs section)!!!
- As the text box says, your first line of text will be a title. You have about 64 characters before it's cut off.
- Not really "posting", but private screenshot storage (up to 100 images, top screen only) that doesn't burn your 30-limit
- To save a screenshot after you navigate away from Miiverse's homepage, go to your profile's tab → my game diary (yes, it's not the album link)
- Open the appropriate game's community page: you'll see all 3 categories there (text+image, drawings and drawings+image, text only);
- Under the fitting category, select "View more posts" (button just above next category header)
- Use the Saved Posts button in the page that'll open!
- The 30-anything limit, of course.
- Across ALL of Miiverse, you can't have more than one non-locked post in the pink zone.
In the blue zone, you can't post the bottom screen anymore. (Launch-hour weirdness?)Select- The 2-minute limit is/was still there! (Launch-hour weirdness? Nope, sorry)
- The album can't be used for games that are screenshot-banned
The 30-anything limit allegedly resets after 7+ hours of inactivity?- It actually resets at 5 AM
- For Wii U users only, changing your timezone (profile → settings) can be used to cheat
- Editing your profile also used to reset the post count
