$200 - Cables from projector, across ceiling, and down wall to tabletop. Perhaps conduit down the wall to make it more attractive?

Screen

About $70 for a wall mount, pull down screen. (Mounts at top of wall) Or $100 for screen paint that goes directly on the wall.

Speakers

Can use existing speakers - we'd just need cables. Or we can purchase something dedicated like https://www.google.com/shopping/product/17256600820342079335 for around $200

TOTAL

$1500 with tax, plus a pizza for the folks that do the work to mount it. (Installation done by volunteers - Rich and Noel.)

Note that there are several unknowns here, like how hard it is going to be to mount the ceiling mount, and how much cable we're going to have to pull, so the $2k figure given earlier adds a little buffer around that.

The quote we received 2 years ago included professional installation.
