This data is being collected to analyse student behaviour related to blended learning on computer science degrees. It will help us to design degrees and modules in the future.
Specifically we are researching how students' recollections of why blended learning was used and how students acted, matches what was observed and measured during the module. We are also interested in whether students' perceptions or beliefs change over time.
Data will be anonymised before analysis or publication.
Student IDs are collected so that their responded can be associated with data on their grades and attendance. Once this association is made student IDs will be disgarded.
- Once the survey is completed, the data will be stored only on University of Leicester infrastructure.
- Unanonymised data will not be shared outside of the research team (Richard Craggs, Nichola Gretton and Alex Patel).
- All data will be deleted once the project is complete or within 7 years, whichever is sooner
You can request at any time that data from the survey that can be associated with your username is deleted. Once the data has been anonymised or aggregated, this is no longer possible.
