End User License Agreement (EULA) for InplaceETL

InplaceETL is an internal data-processing tool used only by Session Pilates.
By connecting this integration, the company authorizes InplaceETL to fetch accounting data 
for internal analytics and reporting.

InplaceETL does not provide financial advice, does not modify QuickBooks data, and only 
retrieves read-only information necessary for reporting.

The company owner may disconnect this integration from the Intuit App Management dashboard at any time.

InplaceETL is a private, internal data integration tool used exclusively by Session Pilates.
We do not sell, share, or disclose any accounting or personal data to third parties.

Data Access:
InplaceETL reads financial and operational data from QuickBooks Online solely for internal reporting purposes.

Data Storage:
Data is stored securely in a private database instance controlled by the Session Pilates analytics team.
