Ingredients

  • 350g H2O (room temp)
  • 7g Agar
  • 20g Cornflour
  • 10g Vinegar
  • 3g glycerin (at 10% solution)

Method

Mix cornflour & 50g water in bowl.
In a pot combine agar & rest of water.
Add to heat and stir to dissolve.
Allow to foam, check for lumps and undissolved bits.
Add 10g vinegar to the cornflour mix and combine.
Add cornflour mix to pot and heat.
Stir constantly, don't let it stick!
Take off heat and stir in glycerin.
Pour into a tray. Be quick.
