Does this work in conjunction with the behave-parallel solution by vishalm? Does it allow for multiple platforms? Is this to use in the Makefile instead of calling behave-parallel/behave?

The runner is working absolutely fine. But it doesn't correctly respond to the feature of Behave of --tags.
