Intended to be a low carb, high fat, super tasty meal 💪

- 1 egg
- 90g of cheddar chesse
- 12ml of heavy/double cream
- 140g of almond flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp cayenne pepper
Macros: 2g carbs, 23.3g fat, 12.5g protien
- 35g of cream cheese (full fat) - i.e. Philadelphia Soft Cream Cheese
- 100g of smoked salmon (wouldn't recommend more, maybe 50g would work too!)
- Lemon juice
- (optional) rocket
Macros: 3.8g carbs, 14g fat, 24g protien
- Set oven to 180°C / Gas 4
- In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, cayenne pepper and cheese - then stir it all up
- In a separate bowl (or make a hole in your main mixture), crack and whisk the egg
- Add the whisked egg and cream to the main mixture and mix everything together
- Make 4 patties from the mixture and put on some grease proof paper and pop in the oven for 15 minutes
- Once done, leave them to cool on a grill for a few minutes
- Build the sandwich. Add cream cheese, leaves and salmon. Top with a little lemon. Enjoy!
