Contributor License Agreement

Thank you for your interest in contributing to this project!

By submitting a pull request or making a contribution, you agree to the following terms:

  1. You grant us a license to use your contribution. You hereby grant to Renovus a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your contributions and such derivative works under any license.

  2. You have the right to make the contribution. You represent that you are legally entitled to grant the above license. If your employer has rights to intellectual property that you create, you represent that you have received permission to make the contributions on behalf of that employer, or that your employer has waived such rights for your contributions to this project.

  3. Your contribution is your original creation. You represent that each of your contributions is your original creation (see Section 4 for submissions on behalf of others).

  4. You provide your contribution "as-is". You provide your contributions on an "as-is" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

  5. You agree to notify us if your contribution is no longer original. You agree to notify Renovus if you become aware of any third-party claims or potential claims that your contribution infringes or might infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
