An email template for reporting dis.cool to the appropriate person(s).

To whom this may concern,

NOTE: dis.cool has moved to https://dsc.cool NOTE: https://dsc.cool is now rebranded to https://tracr.co -- they may be suspecting another takedown.

Your service, DDoS Guard, has recently been adopted by an illegal website known as dis.cool. The website in question is known for multiple violations of the GDPR as well as the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of Discord, a text and voice chat platform popular amongst consumers of digital multimedia. Dis.cool has listed sensitive information about users and the communities they are part of without prior knowledge or consent of the users or communities in question, and provides no method of removal for this information. At first glance, they seem to provide a removal request form, but attempts to submit the form will see the user redirected to an annoying meme image. Obviously, there is a problem. Dis.cool's admins constantly refuse data removal and engage in targeted harassment of those who seek it. This is in violation of several laws and this website simply cannot stay online. If you would be so kind as to disable service to the domain dis.cool, we would very much appreciate it.

I've had to fight these people to try and get my information taken down off their website. They refused to do so, which meant I as able to be stalked by anyone with a router and a keyboard. This actually happened, as the developer Relative did this very thing. He joined a private server without permission, and set forth to scrape data from it with his selfbots. This was, in fact, a successful attempt. My personal data was on the dis.cool website the very same day. If this sounds bad, remember that this is happening to "100 million people" users of Discord every day, without their consent or knowledge. This needs to stop, and you need to do something about this group. They're a hazard to the security of Discord, and they sure are taking advantage of it. This is also a fundamental breach of the Terms of Service, which was accepted by them upon the joining of your platform. Why aren't you doing something?

Also, just to close this off, this group have received a plethora of DMCA notices from Discord. I cannot provide you with a hard copy of this, but I can provide you evidence that this happened. One of the developers of this platform said so, here: https://i.imgur.com/tcugQrL.png

They also like to call people "re---ds", "cu--s", and other insults when joining their Telegram, or confronting them on Twitter. Look no further than their Twitter page if you want to see this: https://i.imgur.com/skVaXUL.png https://i.imgur.com/rqNzgrH.png https://i.imgur.com/fHmSKdd.png https://i.imgur.com/UhrZrCz.png

They've consolidated a list of victim servers to scrape here: https://t.co/Vf0hwL02ht?amp=1. Again, this is a fundamental breach of the GDPR and the CCPA; It's happening on your watch.

dis.cool is still operating and scraping servers for user information. We have been emailing you, IC3, GDPR and CCPA reps and yet dis.cool is still illegally collecting and selling data by abusing your platform. We will continue to email, call, tweet, and whatever else we must until dis.cool is shut down and they remove the data they have on us. We will not stop until you have secured your API so that these selfbots can't join servers and collect this information about us, we will not stop until you outline in your ToS that anybody doing this and collecting this information is subject to legal action. The time for waiting idely by and hoping you do something is over, we are tired of this illegal service violating our privacy via your platform and until this is resolved we will do everything in our power to get as many eyes on this as possible.

As a reference, their Twitter is @discoolsupport.

I await your response to this matter, YOUR NAME HERE
