For the parts you need for a basic build for one side:

For the full-featured (RGB LEDs, rotary encoder, motor) for one side:

Errata:
- R8 should be 0R.
- M1 should not be the 1030 motor.
The "no frills" build has about 370k of electronic parts (not including switches).
The full-featured build has about 980k of electronic parts (not including switches).
Notes:
- Links are given are things I would buy.
- Extra RGB LEDs are listed, because soldering them is annoying, especially with a soldering iron.
- Extra C, U2 are listed, because these are tiny and easy to lose.
- Recommended to socket the devboard, to allow reuse. See: https://github.com/rgoulter/keyboard-labs/blob/master/docs/socketing-devboards.md
- Only need one of "SIP40" or "DIP40".
- 26 AWG solid core wire is for socketing the devboard. Male round pins are easier, but makes the devboard too tall for the "full" build with OLED. See: https://github.com/rgoulter/keyboard-labs/blob/master/docs/socketing-devboards.md

N.B. Soldering the RGB LEDs with a soldering iron can be tricky.
