Here are some tips to help print your music successfully: (It is very important that you follow these steps from start to finish before attempting to print again)
- Restart your computer and printer.
- Use the most up to date Internet Explorer, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox.
- Close all other applications.
- Delete cookies and cache memory. (Simple guides can be located in google.)
- Uninstall and reinstall the recommended software. ( Adobe Air, Adobe Flash, and SMP Application)
- Please install manually using the following links:

- Create an exception for our software under your computer firewall. Before print, please ensure that:
- Printer is properly installed and contain the most up to date drivers.
- Printer queue is empty.
- Paper dispenser is filled appropriately.
- There is sufficient amount of ink left in your cartridge.
- Determine your internet connection is properly functioning.
- After all software is reinstalled, restart the browser.
- Please give the site sufficient amount of time to process.
