- 2 cup white sugar
- 2 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 4 clove garlic minced
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 tbsp. cold water
- Combine base, heat on medium-high, bring to boil.
- While sauce is heating, combine thickening and stir until sauce is thickened and bubbly.
- Remove from heat.
