# Purpose

This license let you (the "User" an individual or organization) to use, share and modify this Project in any form,
as long as you contribute to the continuing development and support of the Project.

# Contribution

Contribution is required to the Project if the User creates a derivative of the Project that is in a comparable form to the original state of the Project.
This does not apply if the User does not generate any revenue from the usage of the Project.

Contributions are to be expected by the User to include branding of the User for advertisement that the User uses the Project, monetary compensation or any other form that is agreeable to the Project Owners and the User.

The amount of contribution required is dependent on the dependency of the User to Project for the generation of revenue, and the amount of support provided by people connected to Project continuing development and support.

If the User has not requested any support from Project, you may not contribute unless requested.

It is expected that the User, the Project and Owners will act in good faith to determine the amount of contribution required by the User to contribute to Project without causing undue harm to any party.

# Unavailable Project Owners

If Project Owners are unable to be contacted by the User for the purposes of negotiating contributing to Project for an extended period of time (a year or more), the contribution clauses can be ignored without retribution.
Should contact be established to Owners after being unable to, you must contribute as if contact was not lost.

Attempts to communicate with Owners should take place on mediums they have previously stated, with attempts taking place at least three times with at least three months in between over the course of a year.

# Notices

When distributing the Project you must when distributing the Project in a comparable form to the original state of the Project retain the copyright notices and a copy of this license.
In any other form this license must be provided on request.

# Copyright of Contributions

Contributors to the Project material must relinquish copyright ownership of the modifications to the Project Owners.

When modifications of Project are distributed in a comparable form to the original state of the Project, User must grant copyright ownership to Owners.
Any other modification or derivative of the Project remains the ownership of the creator of the modification or derivative if not distributed in a comparable form to the original state of the Project.

# Patents

Owners, Project users, and the User offer to share patents that they have the right to license to anyone using or contributing to Project in relation to usage of Project free of charge and without condition.
No party may make legal claims on patent infringement in relation to Project against another.

# Guarantees

This Project, its Owners and contributors give no warranty or claim of suitability for any purpose and hold no liability to its use by any party.

No services or modifications of Project or in relation to Project are guaranteed to be offered by Owners or any Project contributors.

Owners of Project guarantee that the User will continue to be able to use, share and modify Project under this license or a more permissive license indefinitely.
