Sailfish CPU sleep after upgrade to 3.0.0.8

This is recorded on Onyx SFOS port. On the left, CPU sleep from 2.2.1.x version is shown followed by recording
after update on the right. Notice how single CPU sleep duration increases significantly with the single sleep exceeding
single email update timeout (set to 300 s).
