I don't think working on both Firefox AND Chrome should be a requirement as it knocks out some pretty sick techniques that only one vendor offers.

If anyone thinks a project is worse because it only runs on one, that is their own inclination but is a silly one to have as browsers are continually growing and developing at different paces and in different directions. Some features will be added to other vendors later.

To me it's the same reasoning that we can knock out support for IE11 and old browsers

Anyone else wanna give their two cents on this? I am perfectly fine with lifting that restriction. My only concern would be that some people might not be happy to have to switch from their favorite browser to view some submissions. If you all don't think it will be an issue then Okay.

Sounds fine to me - if you are going to showoff, atleast make it with latest tricks. But the person who submits the entry should specify in which browsers it's supposed to work.

@bjb568 It's a problem because people unwilling to switch browsers will cost you potential votes.

I know already that I'm not going to finish what I started! :D but I will submit the work in progress instead... It will be cool enough to humiliate your work :D
