Spoonkid is a customer-engagement service for restaurants, operated by Numentech LLC ("we", "us"). This document describes what data Spoonkid collects when a restaurant uses Spoonkid to communicate with its customers via WhatsApp, what we do with that data, and how customers can exercise their privacy rights.
The restaurant that contacts you ("the Restaurant") is the data controller for any conversation it has with you over WhatsApp. Spoonkid acts as a data processor, providing the Restaurant with the software that powers its WhatsApp inbox, AI replies, and reservation tools. Questions about how a specific Restaurant uses Spoonkid should be directed to that Restaurant.
