Tzaziki

  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 container Greek yogurt
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 sprigs mint (optional)
  • Sea salt

Combine cucumber, seeded and grated, with Greek yogurt (like you see at Trader Joe's). Add salt, chopped dill, chopped garlic, and perhaps even some mint to taste. Stir, taste, adjust, and enjoy!
